Our privacy policy in short
We will not share your personal data, and we will only use it to analyse website traffic, Google Ads performance and to process your order. We have ZERO interest in generating income through the distribution personal data and we value your privacy more than we value monetary incentives. We will save some of your (anonimised) data for the aforementioned purposes and will retain order information for a maximum of 4 years.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We do not use Gravatar (a cross-site profile used by many WordPress websites) because we see no additional value in collecting more personal information than strictly neccesary.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
For instance, if you share any of our content on Facebook or Instagram, Meta will receive information about you visiting this website. If you pin an image for Pinsterest, Pinterest will receive information about your Pinterest profile having visited our website. In short, you are in control of the decision to either do, or do not, use any social media related actions on our website and thus whether you want to share your data with third party services. Other than these automated and self-initiated actions, we will not share your personal data with any social media platform or third party marketeers.
What data do we track, and for what purpose?
To analyse the impact and performance of our Google Ads content – which are displayed on other sites and Google Services like Gmail / Youtube, we track visitor count and countries through IP addresses. Your IP address will be validated – solely to prevent double tracking and to figure out where on the globe people visit out website.
Your IP address will NOT be tracked by us – if you’re just browsing. However, as with every website-server, IP addresses will always be saved into an internal serverlog. This serverlog is saved for 30 days and will automatically be emptied afterways. Although we have access to these logs, we refrain from accessing them unless required to do so if we notice malicious attempts to compromise the website. In short, your IP address is of no value to us and we will not share this with any other parties.
If you make a purchase, we will save the information you’ve provided for a period of at most 4 years – during which we will solely use this information to complete your order and send you your products. Additionally, if you have discovered our website through Google Ads, your purchase might trigger an anonymous ‘conversion’ event. A conversion in this sense, is merely Google Ads reporting to us that one of our ads has led to a purchase on the site, which is a key metric in determining the effectiveness of our advertisements.
If you have not completed a purchase but have filled out your information, we will retain this information for 30 days – with the goal to allow you to complete the order at a later day without having to fill in all information again. After these 30 days, your information will be purged and you’ll have to fill in your information again.
Furthermore, the address labels for our shipping are saved in a local environment for future reference and as a reference in case anything goes wrong during shipping. These labels contain your personal information and will be removed as soon as your order has arrived or at most 30 days after shipping.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
If you wish to have all of your data removed, please send us an email at info@angev.nl and provide us with enough information to find your data in order to remove it. You will not have to present us with any reason for removal, just send us a mail.
Be aware, that we cannot remove your personal data if you still have an order with the status ‘processing’ – for obvious reasons. Furthermore, if you decide to have your personal data removed after an order is completed, we can no longer provide any assistance regarding specifics of your order – suchs as returns, refunds or inquiry regarding order details.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service, your browser or any add-ons you are using might send your activity to third party services. We will not send your data to any third party services, because we value your privacy over monetary incentives.
If you have any other questions about how we use, store and monitor personal data, feel welcome to send your questions to info@angev.nl – this way we can answer your question personally and elaborate. Furthermore, we can use your (anonimised) questions to improve this privacy policy, so don’t be shy to say hi!
