Refund Policy

At Angev.nl, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with the quality of your product or if the product was damaged during transport, we offer a refund of the product price under the following conditions:

Conditions for Refund

1. Damaged During Transport:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the shipping box for any obvious damage before accepting the package.
  • If the package is visibly damaged, do not accept it. Instead, contact the courier’s customer service immediately.
    • You might be required to mail us a picture of the box during your refund process.
    • If you accepted a package that was visibly damaged in such a way that there was no reason to expect the product to have survived the damage – your refund will be denied.
    • When in doubt, open the package in presence of the courier and inspect your items – you can always refuse to accept it after inspection
  • If you have accepted a package that appeared in good condition but found the product damaged upon opening, please follow the steps below.

2. Product Quality Issues or Hidden Damages:

  • If the product itself is damaged or defective in a way that affects its function or aesthetics, take a clear photograph of the damage.
  • Email the photo and a description of the damage to sales@angev.nl.
  • Once the damage is confirmed, you will be eligible for a refund of the original product price.

Returning the Product

To qualify for a refund, the product must be shipped back to us at:

Upon receiving the returned product and confirming the damage, we will process the refund for the product price.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returning the product will only be refunded for customers within Europe. Customers outside Europe will be responsible for their own return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Refund

  1. Contact us at sales@angev.nl with a photo and description of the damage.
  2. If required, ship the product to the address provided above.
  3. Await confirmation from our team regarding the damage.
  4. Upon confirmation, receive your refund for the product price.
